Q: Why should I use an independent
designer?
A: I design the kitchen YOU want. I provide to you a completely impartial kitchen
design experience so you need not be concerned that you will be convinced
to install a kitchen that a non independent designer says you should.
Most kitchen designers work for showrooms or large national
suppliers and have a vested interest in supplying you what works
best for them.Q: Why are
you different to kitchen sales people?
A: All I do is design what you
want and advise what I think would work well for you. I have no
ties with cabinet or appliance suppliers and just design.
Q: What do you do?
A: My basic consultation is
where I conduct an accurate survey for cabinets, appliances,
electrical, gas and water. Then we discuss what works for you
for all activity in the kitchen, your lifestyle and family. I
then produce a dimensioned plan showing the cabinet layout and
all services together with elevation views of your kitchen.
Q: What does your service cost?
A: All you pay me for is the
design consultation as above and I will give you the best advise
I can offer. There is a set fee for design so you have fixed
costs. This can be easily recovered by accurately being able to
specify the exact cabinets required for your cabinet maker,
supplier and installation contractors. Please fill out

Q: Are there any other services
available to help with my kitchen project?
A: If you find it difficult to
imagine how your kitchen would look after renovation I can
supply 3D views to assist as an extra service. In addition I
can assist with overall project management.
